I like to keep it simple

All of my prices cover the time it takes to capture and edit the photos.I don’t offer any prints or photobooks anymore. The main reason, it’s way more expensive for you to have me do it than it is to do it on your own. This way I can offer a much better price to you for my services. It’s a very time consuming process to create and compose a photobook or an album, and there are so many companies out there that will do this for you for free or for a very low cost, so instead, I will ensure you have all the high quality files of the photos to make sure you can get the prints and books you desire. If you would like recommendations for the right places to get prints or books, feel free to ask me during or after your session for recommendations.

Pricing

Weddings & Events - $250/hour

This covers the actual photos the day of for the event, including any shoots that happen on the day itself. If a separate bridal shoot prior to the wedding date will require a separate solo photoshoot fee.

Potential Additional Fees & Info to Consider

• Studio Fees: Studio price can vary depending on the type of shoot, but most shoots require a $225 fee for two hours of studio time.

• Destination Fees: Destination shoots and events incur a fee of $100 per day(includes arrival date the day before, and any date where my stay is required, but does not include the day I return), as well as travel and lodging costs.

• Travel Fees: If plane flight or train travel is required, the ticket price and any lodging price will be factored into the deposit, and will be booked when the deposit is paid and are not refundable alongside the rest of the deposit if the booking is cancelled before the final date for cancellation outlined in the contract. Car travel fees are calculated based on location and are considered refundable if cancellation occurs by the date outlined in the contract. Travel fees are only required for locations exceeding 1 hour travel time, so most local bookings will not have any travel fee.

• Outfit fees: Additional outfits aside from those included in your type of booking will potentially incur an additional $25 fee per additional outfit, to cover going over on photoshoot time. If an event booking or an in-studio shoot, no additional outfits other than what is specified in the contract are allowed due to hard time limits for studios and event schedules

• All deposits are fully refundable, aside form any additional travel or lodging fees, as long as they are cancelled by the date outlined in the contract(90 days from the date of the booking is standard, but alternative cancellation times can be negotiated).

• Boudoir Shoots Considerations: Having a friend present to not only help with any outfit changes, but also to provide a comfortable and familiar presence in what is a vulnerable experience and often a first time experience for most people is encouraged. Additionally, while I do have my boudoir profile not direct linked in my main portfolio, it is hidden away on this page. You can elect to have your face hidden(cropped out, not blurred) in any photos that may be used in my portfolio. All persons present for a boudoir shoot must be 18 years of age, even if they are not involved in the shoot and are only accompanying the client. If a person under 18 years of age shows up to the shoot and is not willing to leave, I will not conduct the shoot and the full balance for the shoot will be due. There are no exceptions to this rule, ever.

• Prices listed above are not negotiable. Small businesses like mine cannot compete with large corporate chains on price, but they can’t compete with me on quality. Quality of the product provided, and quality of the service provided. However, I do understand that the budget for a project sometimes simply is what it is. I can often find ways to help decrease the cost by modifying what is provided, the duration of the shoot, finding a new studio with lower fees, etc. in order to help in any way that I can.

• Any non-hourly rate booking has a time limit of roughly two hours. It won’t always be necessary to use the full two hours, and sometimes we will need to exceed it. I do not charge any additional time fees unless we exceed 30 minutes of additional time for non-hourly rate bookings. The two hour time limit begins at the start of the scheduled time. No additional time fee will be charged if I suggest we use more time or if weather delays the shoot at any point. Additional time for hourly rate bookings will require an additional hour at the same rate in the booking if we exceed 30 minutes past the contract agreed time limit. Any time not used for either type of booking results in a refund of unused time.
